Correction / updating / deletion of personal information

You have the right to access your personal information and request the correction, updating and blocking of inaccurate and/or incorrect data by sending us a request via the contact details. AMP will only process your request if it does not breach its terms of use, legal and regulatory obligations. Upon your written request, we will provide you with the personal information we hold about you and the use and general disclosure of your personal information.

Retention of personal information

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary having regard to the purposes described in this privacy policy and our own legal and regulatory obligations. In accordance with our record-keeping obligations, we will retain a user's account and personal information for at least 3 years after a user closes it. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for 6 months or more, and/or to modify or discontinue our Site or Services. Account holders agree that AMP will not be liable to them or any third party for any termination of their account or access to the Site. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by closing your account. We've given you this option. Your account will be closed within thirty (30) days, provided that: (i) any dispute in which you are involved has been satisfactorily resolved; (ii) you have fulfilled any other obligations related to your use of the Software.

Security

We have implemented security measures to ensure the confidentiality of your Personal Information and to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you submit a request, place an order or access your personal information.
